WHO WE ARE
We are a Home Health Care Agency located in the heart of Brooklyn Center. We have a variety of recipients that include seniors, children, and people with disabilities. Angel’s Health & Home Care Services exists to aid families through the services we provide such as Private Duty Nursing (Home Care Nursing), Assisted Living Services, Community First Services & Supports (formerly Personal Care Assistant), Housing Stabilization, Residential Services, Home & Community Based Services (HCBS), 24-Hour Customized Living Services and more. For several years, we have been helping seniors and people with disabilities and their families to overcome challenges and thrive in community life.
AREAS WE SERVE
Angel’s Health & Home Care Services serves all the 7 counties around the Twin Cities, and counties outside of the Twin Cities metro area, including but not limited to Anoka, Hennepin, Ramsey, Dakota, Scott, Carver, Wright, Stearns, Wadena and Sherburne. Through quality and tailored care, staff education, and support services, Angel’s Health & Home Care Services promotes and protects the dignity of seniors, the people we serve and their families.
