We also provide services for these individuals that are delivered through a range of Medicaid waiver programs, including Developmental Disabilities (DD), Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI), Brain Injury (BI), and Community Alternative Care (CAC). Funding for these services is provided through various sources, including Medical Assistance (MA), Social Security, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Minnesota Supplemental Assistance (MSA), and Housing Support.
Our group homes offer a secure, welcoming, and supportive living environment. They are designed to provide the same level of privacy, comfort, and autonomy as a private residence. Residents share common living areas, including the dining room, kitchen, and family room, fostering a sense of community while maintaining individual dignity and independence.
